The PremiOM™ PsO Dataset is specifically designed to support psoriasis research from the moment of data collection to the delivery of linked, uniform real-world data with off-the-shelf availability, ongoing data refreshes and enhancements.
OM1 has a robust connected research network in dermatology that offers the opportunity to supplement the dataset with prospective data collection.
OM1’s real-world data is comprehensive. The patient cohort is well qualified, meeting rigorous clinical requirements, such as the presence of multiple diagnostic records, related clinical events, SDOH, and the inclusion of dermatologists notes.
OM1’s data science and clinical experts augment rich foundational data in psoriasis by extracting unstructured information from dermatologist notes to amplify the availability of physician and patient-reported outcomes. Amplifications, such as assigning location and the availability of disease severity measures, provide answers to important research questions.
OM1 makes ongoing investments to provide best-in-class, clinically deep data that allows PsO researchers to address the most urgent patient needs. OM1 understands that clinical outcomes are impacted by a patient’s quality of life and is linking the data to the robust PremiOM Depression dataset to augment the available psoriasis data with PHQ9 scores, an effective measurement of depression.
