PremiOM Datasets are a ready-made collection of highly enriched, deep clinical EMR and claims data comprised of patients with disease specific conditions available to license from OM1.

How are the PremiOM Datasets constructed?
PremiOM Datasets are built by linking medical and pharmacy claims with EMR data sourced from specialty specific U.S. data networks and registries, including traditionally hard-to-procure sources and measures derived from unstructured notes. These research-ready datasets contain targeted collections of critical patient and physician reported outcomes, including disease severity measures specific to the condition of interest.

How are PremiOM Datasets delivered?
PremiOM Datasets are ready-made and provided on demand. They are delivered in CSV format via SFTP and AWS for direct consumption. These datasets are also accessible through partner analytics platforms, such as Panalgo and Aetion.

Can I link PremiOM Datasets with other data sources?
PremiOM Datasets are clinically rich and deterministically linked with open claims data. We can link with other data sources, such as closed claims, that utilize common data tokenization practices.

How often are the PremiOM Datasets refreshed?
PremiOM Datasets are refreshed on a quarterly basis.

Do you have data solutions that can be customized & personalized or delivered in another format?
